K & J Representatives, LLC 1 Year Limited Warranty

Who is Covered: This warranty extends to the original end-user and may not be assigned or transferred.
Warranty Period: The term of the warranty coverage from the date of purchase is: 1 year on the housing
1 year on parts and labor
Warranty Coverage: K & J Representatives, LLC warrants that, for one (1) year, the Heater manufactured by K & J Representatives, LLC will operate free from defects in material or workmanship, or K & J Representatives, LLC, at its option, will repair or replace the defective part(s), free of charge.
K & J Representatives, LLC further warrants that for a period of one (1) years, the housing of the Heater manufactured by K & J Representatives, LLC will be free from defects in material or workmanship, K & J Representatives, LLC will repair or replace the defective part(s), providing that all shipping costs for the defective part(s) shall be borne by the end-user.
This warranty does not cover any defect, malfunction, etc... resulting from improper operation, lack of maintenance, freezing, corrosion from chemicals, condensation, tampering, modification, unauthorized or improper repair, accident, acts of nature, shipping after you receive the Heater, or normal wear to items such as power cords, plug adaptors or other items which require replacement resulting from normal usage and may require replacement prior to 1 year based on usage.
End-User Responsibilities: The customer is expected to inspect all items that have been received and make sure that they are in proper working order within 3 days of receiving their equipment. If items are damaged from shipping the customer is responsible for informing K and J within those 3 days to have the damaged items replaced. K and J will provide the labels for the return of that item. If the unit needs to be sent in for repair the end user is responsible for shipping the unit back to us to determine why the unit is not working. If the unit is under the warranty K and J will repair the items and send them back to the customer no charge. If the repair falls out of the warranty the end user is responsible for the charges that are incurred in repairing the units and the shipping cost back.
Servicing of Unit:
Warranty service must be performed by a firm or Individual authorized by K & J Representatives, LLC. The end-user must contact K & J Representatives, LLC at the above location. K & J Representatives, LLC will arrange for covered warranty service. All covered warranty service will be arranged during normal business hours.
Limitations and Exclusions: If any part of the Heater manufactured by K & J Representatives, LLC is repaired or replaced as covered warranty, the new part shall be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period of the Heater.
Upon expiration of the written warranty applicable to the K & J Representatives, LLC Heater or any part thereof, all other warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall also expire. All warranties made by K & J Representatives, LLC are set forth herein, and no claim may be made against K & J Representatives, LLC on any oral warranty. In no event shall K & J Representatives, LLC, in connection with the sale, operation, repair or replacement of any K & J Representatives, LLC device or part thereof be liable under any legal theory for any special, indirect or consequential damages including without limitation water damage, lost profits, delay, or loss of use or damage to any real or personal property.
Legal Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

ECOFORCE HEAT SYSTEMS/REBEL INDUSTRIES WARRANTY:
Rebel Industries LLC warrants all products manufactured by company to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under usual and customary service. Rebel Industries only obligation is to repair or replace products
returned on a prepaid basis within 12 months after retail sale. If in our opinion, the product is found to be defective by
Rebel Industries LLC, the product will be repaired or replaced without charge, F.O.B. factory, this constituting and
fulfilling our warranty obligation.
Expenses incurred without written authorization from Rebel Industries LLC shall be the sole responsibility of the
bearer. Under no circumstances will Rebel Industries LLC be liable for any kind of special or consequential damages,
nor shall Rebel Industries LLC liability ever exceed the selling price of the product.
This warranty does NOT cover products or parts, which have been damaged by negligent use, misuse, alteration or
accident. All products supplied by outside manufactures are warranted separately by the respective manufacturer.
Rebel Industries LLC does NOT warrant products manufactured by others.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Rebel Industries LLC reserves the
right to make design or specification changes at any time, with or without any contingent obligation to the purchasers
or products already sold.
All instructions shall be construed as recommendations only; because actual installation may vary according to local
conditions and Rebel Industries LLC. assumes no liability for results arising from the use of such recommendations.
Rebel Industries LLC assumes no responsibility for field modifications or erection defects,which create structural,
building or material quality problems. If any field modifications are necessary which are not covered by the contents of
this manual, contact our plant for recommendations and approval. Any unauthorized modification will nullify the
Rebel Industries LLC cannot warrant any roof, siding, or structural damage due to the excessive vacuum or internal
pressure caused by the fans or other air moving systems. Adequate ventilation and/or "make-up air" devices should be
provided for all air handling systems. Running of fans during high humidity/cold weather conditions can cause freezing
over of air intake or exhaust ports.
Except for this warranty, the purchaser accepts the product(s) AS IS. The seller makes no EXPRESS WARRANTY for
the products listed in this manual.

X-Power Limited Warranty:
XPOWER Manufacture, Inc. warrants the products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Wearable parts including but not limited to, ﬁlters, motor brushes, hoses and power cords are excluded from the warranty. The liability of XPOWER is limited solely to the cost of the repair or replacement of parts/unit at XPOWER’s discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts and does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling or damage due to faulty packaging or mishandling in transit. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or repairs, service or alterations to the product or any of its parts, which have been performed by a repair person not authorized by XPOWER.
Limitations and Exclusions
If any part or device manufactured by XPOWER Manufacture, Inc. is repaired or replaced, the new/repaired machine and/or part(s) shall be warrantied only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
For Warranty service and parts replacement, you must:
A.Call 1-855-855-8868 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
B. Have proof of purchase.
C. Use the original undamaged packaging or an Industrial certified packaging method.
The end user will be responsible to ship the unit (with RMA Number showing on the shipping label) to the XPOWER Service Department. XPOWER to inspect, assess and advise the repairs needed and the applicable cost, if any.
GMS Limited Warranty:
GMS Distribution offers a limited one (1) year warranty on all of its products. Specifically, GMS Distribution warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship or materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or product alterations or changes, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or purchaser. GMS Distribution is not responsible for labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement of its products.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN BY GMS DISTRIBUTION FOR ITS PRODUCTS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. GMS DISTRIBUTION DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON ORAL REPRESENTATIONS. FURTHER, GMS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST SALES.
